Xceed Machine Works is Western Canada’s leader in providing certified repair, overhaul and refurbishment for all types of mechanical and rotating equipment. This includes blowers, fans, gear drives & reducers, process pumps, vacuum pumps, mixers, rotary feeds, and heavy industry machinery.

All repairs are performed in our Factory Authorized Service & Repair facilities located in Edmonton & Chilliwack utilizing the latest technology and calibrated testing equipment. Our facilities are well equipped with 2, 3, 5 & 10 Ton overhead cranes as well as 3 & 5 Ton forklifts.

Our factory authorized technicians strive to go beyond the basic repair scope with concentration on achieving or exceeding OEM factory specifications and by providing all the needed information for reliability and maintenance teams, without asking. We encourage Customer input to solve operational problems by providing solutions to maximize service life and reduce overall maintenance costs in accordance with our Quality Management program. All repairs backed with the sources of a fully equipped Machine and Fabrication shop including dynamic balancing, vibration analysis and digital interface test stand capabilities.

Machine Shop Services

Xceed utilizes a fully equipped machine shop, providing quality products to a dedicated customer base. It is our goal to partner with our customers to provide innovative solutions for their manufacturing and repair requirements. We service various industries in Western Canada such as oil & gas, oilsands, petrochemical, mining, power generation, cement, forestry and related heavy and medium sized industry. We are able to offer full service machining and manufacturing solutions utilizing our Fabrication and Mechanical repair resource departments. We take pride in the ability to provide products that require high quality standards.
