Xceed Machine Works is Western Canada’s leading provider of certified repair, overhaul and refurbishment for all types of mechanical and rotating equipment. This includes blowers, fans, gear drives & reducers, process pumps, vacuum pumps, mixers, rotary feeds, and heavy industry machinery. With over 16,000 Square Feet of Manufacturing & Warehousing space, there aren’t many projects that cannot be handled efficiently.

All repairs are performed in house by qualified and certified technicians in our Edmonton Alberta facility. We utilize the latest tools, technology and calibrated testing equipment.

We strive to go beyond the basic repair scope with concentration on achieving or exceeding OEM factory specifications. We encourage customer input to solve operational problems by providing solutions to maximize service life and reduce maintenance costs. All repairs are performed in accordance with our Quality Management program.

Roots™ Blowers & Compressors

Xceed Machine Works is Western Canada’s only Authorized Distributor & Agent for all Roots Products in BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan.

Roots, based in Connersville, IN has been manufacturing and supplying rotary lobe and centrifugal blowers and vacuum pumps for over 160 years. Their blowers and compressors are used in a wide range of applications such as wastewater aeration, iron ore reduction, flue gas desulphurization, pneumatic conveying, and mechanical vapor recompression.

Roots blowers can be found all over North America, and throughout the world. They continue to provide after sales service and support to almost 200,000 Roots type blowers around the globe through distributors like Xceed Machine Works. Their positive displacement rotary blowers can be manufactured with gear diameters from 10" to 36" and operate from sub-atmospheric to positive pressures at flows up to 170,000 m3/hr while their small rotary range extends from 2" gear diameters to 8".
