The ROOTS® RCS Series offers a rugged and flexible blower solution, designed with an involute impeller profile—ideal for demanding applications that require accuracy, strength, and long-lasting performance.

Piston rings are used to minimize air leakage through the shaft passages in the well-ventilated headplates, while lip-type oil seals ensure that no lubricant enters the air chamber—delivering clean, oil-free air compression. The ROOTS® RCS blower is equipped with splash oil lubrication at both ends to support consistent and efficient operation. All models are built with rugged, detachable steel mounting feet that allow quick and flexible installation in either vertical or horizontal orientations. For added convenience, the top shaft is extended for side outlet applications, and either shaft can be extended for top or bottom outlet configurations. Each frame size is center-timed, allowing for bi-directional rotation to suit various system requirements.
